Do lots of rubberband magic and have a multi- 14 phase routine called Audra the Ambitious Rubberband.

So I've bought lots of downloads (harlan, chien, dr.CT & of course Rindfleisch) & have scoured youtube for lots of material.

Anyway, you will use a lot of a rubberband for this.

Ao if your hands are larger than the normal size it may be a little knacky to get this effect to consistently work.

It doesn't (for me) jump over easily to the final outcome. But that maybe due to the width of my hands.
