Ex burn locked and loaded

Is the difference with this one you can hand out the bills? The first extreme burn kills ! This one would kill!

This answer is not useful
The bills are just as dirty in this version. The difference is that this has a mechanism that "locks" one set of bills in place after it has been vanished. Four of the bills are examinable.
