Quick disclaimer- I have no experience with rubber band magic. I've learned many tricks with them
and I've practiced them a ton, but they've never looked good enough for me to use professionally.
Maybe I just need to order Joe's rubberbands instead of using the bag of a million rubber bands I
bought for under $2. I notice that ever since this download has came out Joe's rubber bands have not
left the bestseller list. I don't know. It would have at least been very nice if he would have let
us know approximately what size rubber bands we should be looking for and how much that matters.
That being said, the tricks on here a grab bag. There's really good stuff right next to
trash. If you do rubber band magic and its your type of thing you will love this. There are some
really groundbreaking utility moves in this download. Some of those vanishes are absolute eye candy.
Some of the appearances... not so much. That's fine because you don't need to do everything on this
download and even if you cut out the weak material you will still have $10 worth of information.
Your angles on these are decent, but I not great. I'm not sure if I would use these for
walkaround although you could use some of the moves for walkaround. Your general angles that this
looks good for are about 150-230 degrees depending.
Joe's teaching is very good with
several angles being shown for the more complicated moves. You will have to watch many parts of this
download many times unless you are very experienced with rubber bands.
One last very
important note. Look at Joe's wrists. See that mess of rubber bands? You don't need that many but
you will need a bunch of rubber bands on your wrist in order to be able to do almost any of the
tricks on this download. If you don't feel comfortable walking around with at least seven rubber
bands on your wrist or it doesn't fit with your persona, skip this download. You won't be able to
almost anything on it.

Is that what you call a magician who uses rubber bands? A rubber bander? Oh well... whatever. You
know what I mean. (Hey, someone please let me know what you call someone who specializes in rubber
band magic.)
Anyway, I'm not a rubber bander. (The more I say it, the funnier it sounds.)
But I'm not gonna do like what a lot of people do and dock a star just because it's not my thing.
That's not fair. This is strictly a review on the quality of the product.
I'll have to
admit, when I first saw the video, I was like, "Meh. I don't get it." I felt like the trick was
going too fast... so the visual aspect wasn't there for me. But in my defense, I was watching it
while driving. LOL! Don't try this at home, kids.
Still, the karate move at the end of the
video made me go: "Hold up." And I had to know. So I got it.
Now that I've watched the
entire how-to, I'll give you my overall reaction right up front: This is a must-have for Rubber
Banders. If you're not a Rubber Bander (or a plastic one. sorry. bad joke.), it wouldn't be a bad
idea to still get this one, as it really does illustrate some principles of illusion. I am new to
magic and am trying to learn as many principles of magic so that I can not just do a trick but also
have a mind for magic and the way of thinking required to create my own tricks based on principles I
learn.
I will say this as well: For someone new to rubber bands, I'd say that this is the
DVD that will take you from beginner to intermediate. It is quite tricky. For me personally, I doubt
I will tackle this because my hand strength and dexterity is very weak because of some (hopefully
temporary) health issues, which is the biggest reason I don't do rubber bands. There are alot of
moves to execute these tricks and so this will take practice. But after seeing the how-to and seeing
the tricks again, I really think now that these are great tricks if presented right. (If you don't
take your time, I think alot of lay people will not understand what they're seeing.)
I say
that if you like rubber bands, get this. If you're into cards, mentalism, etc., this might not be
your thing. Joe is a very good teacher and patiently shows you each step. In my opinion, this will
challenge you and will have a nice payoff if you go through the effort.
I'm not a bigger
fan of rubber bands than before. Can't wait until my hands are (hopefully) strong enough to get into
this further... this will be one of the first set of tricks I tackle when I'm ready.

I have been doing shows for years and I have never used rubber bands. Recently,I had a chance to
take a look at RADD. I have to admit at first look I was very apprehensive. The video seemed to go
fast and it looked foreign to me. So, I gave it a second look and it started captivating my
interest. You know what, I am loving RADD now. It's visual and there is nothing to carry in your
pockets. You just put some rubber bands on your arm !!! It can be done anytime with virtually no
reset. I still need a ton of practice before I take this public, but I will use it. A definite good
buy and so much fun to practice !!!

I perform crazy man's handcuffs on a regular basis and expected this to be in that same line of
thinking. I was way off. This is very creative and unlike anything I've seen with rubber bands. It
will take some practice to perfect, but well worth the time. Nice work! Can't wait to do this one.

This is a great piece of band magic that gets you away from using coins or cards.
It's something
different to add to your arsenal of magic effects. Easy to carry and perform. This makes a great
opener or can be performed street style.
Don't miss out order your download today, you will
thank me for it later.😋😎
While your at it if this gives you the desire to perform other band
effects, then don't forget to check out Joe's rubber bands, they are the best type of bands to use
for all of these tricks!

I've not done any rubber band magic in a while. This has resparked my interest in rubber bands
again.
Greatly visual and easy to do magic.
Way to go Joe

RADD by Joe Rindfleisch is a beautiful visual effect with rubber bands. A rubber band seems to split
in two and then magically the second piece disappears followed by the original piece.
No
gimmicks are used and it's all pure sleight work which is great since it causes this effect to be
virtually impromptu as long as there are two identical rubber bands lying around.
If you
are a rubber band magician this is definitely for you. It's a fantastic effect and I highly
recommend it.

The real work

This is a keeper. While it will take some practice to get perfect at RADD, it is well worth the time
and investment to learn an effect that you an do impromptu almost anywhere. You create the magic in
your hands through the artfully developed video. Joe's pacing in the video demonstration is
perfect. He repeats the visual when you need it most. (Of course you can always hit rewind.)
Buy this is you want to amaze your friends, relatives or if you are a walk around guy or gal
that like leaving your viewers with a sense of wonder and awe.
