It's hard to write a review when there are already so many. However, I will add my two cents.
First of all, there is so much. Over the years, I have looked for good wand tricks, and they are
so hard to find. So you ask yourself, don't you have the written volumes of Tarbell, and the answer
is yes.
So why is it surprising that there is so much in this lesson: Dan Harlan.
As he often does, Dan provides as much or more of the value in the lesson as was in the
original.
A couple of highlights for me.
1. How to make your own lightweight
"metallic" wand with cheap supplies and a Dremel.
2. Using the same want for additional
purposes, such as loading/producing a silk (one of the wand's inane properties allows this).
3.
Wand tricks that look inspired by "loops" but uses a clever gimmick that is for the most part Dan's
design.
4. Dan's baseball take on a "magnetic" wand method, which also adds a baseball in the
mix. Even if you don't enjoy that sport, the methods, thinking and construction are useful.
5.
The vanishing dollar bill and ice cream trick is great and commercial. Agena, Dan revamped the whole
effect to produce something outstanding.
Great lesson.
